Troy lives in Forney with his wife Angie. They are proud parents of four and proud grandparents of two darling girls. Troy is dedicated to the well being of his family and friends and enjoys every minute of their time. As an active member of Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall, Troy and Angie has dedicated countless hours toward teaching Life Groups, helping marriages improve through the Re-Engage ministry and multiple mission trips to Cuba with more visits planned in the near future.
Troy started in the glass industry at the age of 15 working after school and on weekends. When returning to the glass business in Dallas, after being away at college, Troy decided at the age of 27 to start his own glass company. With the help of his family, friends and numerous business associates, today Dalworth Glass Co. Inc. has grown into a leader in the corporate interior finish market.
Rusty lives in Mesquite with his wife Lauren. They spend the majority of their spare time in the outdoors. One of their favorite things to do together is camping around the state of Texas with their shelter-rescued dogs. Rusty and Lauren are members of First Presbyterian Church in Mesquite where they were married in 2003.
Rusty received his associate’s degree at Trinity Valley in surgical technology in 1990. He started full-time at Dalworth Glass Co. in 1995. Because of his “can do” attitude, Rusty quickly acquired the skills and knowledge necessary to be part of a winning team in the glass industry. The dedication to his work at Dalworth Glass Co. progressed him to his current role as the vice president of the company in 2007.
Mike lives in Mesquite with his daughter. He is committed to spending quality time with his daughter every chance he gets. As part of his ongoing commitment to his community, Mike enjoys being able to coach his daughter’s soccer team throughout the week—teaching young girls teamwork and relationship building. Mike and his daughter attend Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall.
Mike honorably served in the United States Marine Corps for 6 years as a Recon Sergeant and was honorably discharged in 1993. After his service in the military Mike received an Associates Degree in Electronics while at the same time working full-time at Dallas Public Schools in the Audio/Visual department in 1996. Wanting to excel in his career even further, he became licensed in HVAC in 2000 while also working full time with Raytheon, fabricating infrared optics for the military division. Mike has been a valued member of Dalworth Glass Co. in 2003 and became project manager in 2009.
Kenney lives in Mesquite with his wife Misty, and his four children. Along with his wife, he dedicates most of his time outside of work engaging with their children. The Edwardsen Family proudly attends Lake Pointe Church in Mesquite.
Kenney has nearly done it all in the construction business since 1988. From being a certified welder at Ken Pruitt Welding to framing for Underwood Construction, Kenney has broaden his knowledge to better serve his career. Kenney was introduced into the glass industry in 1996. Along with working at Dalworth Glass, Kenney attended ITT Tech for 2 years in Drafting and Project Management coursework. Kenney has been and integral member of the Dalworth Glass team since 2007 and became project manager in 2013.
